Hey squad! Life happens, and sometimes you might need to return that holographic notebook that breathes fire (totally a future product, stay tuned!). No worries, boo! Here's the lowdown on our return policy, because transparency is cool and all that.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Brand New and Still Awesome: We can only accept unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Think of it as returning a superhero to their secret lair, untouched and ready for the next adventure.
  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: Time flies when you're having fun (and unleashing your creativity with epic stationery!), but you have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
  • Got Proof? To make things smooth, hold onto your order confirmation or receipt. It'll help us process your return faster than a fidget spinner on Red Bull.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Change of Heart? We get it, trends move faster than a cheetah on roller skates. For opened items, we can only offer store credit. This way, you can snag something else that totally speaks to you.
  • Oops, My Bad: If you accidentally damage a Note Book Nook product, we can't offer a full refund. However, depending on the situation, we might be able to offer store credit or a partial refund.

How to Return Your Squad:

  • Head to the Squad Hub: Visit our Customer Service section on the Note Book Nook website.
  • Initiate Return Sequence: Click on "Return Request" and follow the easy on-screen prompts.
  • Authorization Code Incoming: Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization code (don't lose it!) and clear instructions on where to send your return.
  • Pack it Up Securely: Wrap your Note Book Nook goodies back in their original packaging, like tucking your bestie into bed for a good night's sleep.
  • Ship it Back: Slap on the pre-paid shipping label (US orders only) and send your return on its way.

Refunding Your Squad Funds:

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria above, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
